you've got his hair down perfect and the eyes/brows look very good.
but his head seems super rectangular...i know you haven't really got a reason to draw jay, haha but if you ever do again, i'd suggest making his head a lot more circular. his head has more depth and i think his face is wider! more cubey than rectangular.
